KiwiSaver is a voluntary, work-based savings initiative. As a new employee, provided you’re eligible, you will be automatically enrolled in KiwiSaver. We will make deductions from your pay which will be deposited into a savings fund for your retirement.
Acrow Limited recognises the value of experience gained through long service with the Company and wishes to encourage and reward employees who attain six years or more service with the Company.
An employee who completes six years of continuous service with the Company will become entitled, on the sixth anniversary of their start date and on each anniversary thereafter, to an additional payment equivalent to one week’s standard pay, to be paid in cash on the next pay date after their anniversary. This entitlement accrues each year on the anniversary date and does not accrue throughout the year. Therefore a departing employee does not have any entitlement in respect of any service subsequent to his or her last anniversary.
Employees who were employed by Pyradeck Ltd and became employees of Acrow will have their period of service with Pyradeck recognised as service with Acrow for the purpose of this policy.
